What is evaluation information?

Definition
	Evaluation information is a movable non-event within a discourse that consists of a speaker's feeling toward an event or a state of affairs. It may have broad scope (such as toward a series of events) or narrow scope (such as toward a participant).

Examples
	Here comes that blackguard Jones. (blackguard has the narrow scope of evaluating a participant.) So it is with the one who stores up riches for himself, but is not rich toward God (from the parable of the rich landowner--Luke 12:21). (The entire sentence has the broad scope of evaluating the actions of the rich landowner throughout the preceeding parable.)
