Kani kani katuu ni
te a kuu ni ja ndakoo ni.
Te ndiaa ayivi ya'a ndodo nuu ni
te atuu xeka'nu ini ña'a xi kue nodo'o ni.
Ka'an teno nai kuu ni.
     
Estoy echado a lo largo
y no puedo levantarme.
Toda la gente pasa sobre mí,
pero no se preocupa por mí,
aunque estoy sufriendo.

Dime, ¿quién soy. 		I am lying down
and I can't get up.
Everyone goes on top of me
but they don't worry about me
although I am suffering.

Tell me, Who am I?

Vii kaa idi diki ni te ndiaa ayivi xexi nu'u
ni te ko'yo kuu anu xi teno atuu ni nuu ve'e xi.

Tengo bonitos cabellos en mi cabeza
y toda la gente come mis dientes
y está triste si no estoy en su casa.

Dime si no me necesitas. 		I have beautiful hair on my head
and people eat my teeth
and are sad if I am not in their house.
